Fake Notification Generator
Make an iPhone-style notification banner with any app name, sender, message and icon, in light or dark mode, and download it as a transparent PNG.
A fake notification generator draws a phone-style notification banner - app icon, sender, message and time - as an image, without sending anything to any device. Type the text, pick a colour or upload an icon, choose light or dark, and download a transparent PNG to drop into a mockup, a video or a meme.
Runs entirely in your browser · no signup · nothing is uploaded · updated 2026-09-24
This is a drawing, not a real notification. Do not use it to deceive anyone.
How to use it
- 1.Type the app name, sender and message.
- 2.Pick an icon colour or upload your own app icon.
- 3.Choose light or dark and download the transparent PNG.

Frequently asked questions
Does this send a real notification?
No. It draws an image in your browser. Nothing is sent to any phone and no app is involved.
Can I use it for app mockups?
Yes, that is the most common use. Upload your app icon, write the push copy, and drop the PNG onto a phone screenshot or a landing page.
Why is the background transparent?
So it sits on any wallpaper or screenshot you place it over. The rounded frosted banner is part of the image; everything around it is empty.
How long can the message be?
Up to four lines, the same as a collapsed iPhone banner. Anything longer is cut off, just as iOS truncates it.
Is my uploaded icon stored anywhere?
No. It is decoded and drawn on a canvas in your browser and never leaves your device.
Is it okay to make fake notifications?
For mockups, videos and jokes among friends, yes. Using one to deceive someone - a fake payment alert, a fake message from a real person - can be fraud. Keep it obviously a mockup.
