About
Work Life Panda brings tasks, events, chores, and chats into one calm place. Connect your existing calendar from Google, Apple, or Outlook and your week appears right away. You can capture a thought in a sentence, turn it into a task with on-device AI, and keep everything in sync across iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web. It also includes a family chore chart, birthdays, rewards, and shared spaces for teams, groups, and small businesses.
The case
Who it is for
Do you have chores, tasks, todos, calendars and events across multiple apps? Work Life Panda brings everything together, with no fuss and in a very nice and intuitive way.
What is broken today
My week lived in a calendar, my to-dos in a list, and every plan involving another person in a group chat — three apps, none of which talked to each other.
What it does about it
I built the merge: a real task manager, a real calendar and family chore charts with rewards that are together, seamlessly. And it starts full. Sign in with one tap, connect the calendar you already use (Google, Apple or Outlook) and your actual week is just there: still your calendar, not a copy, so a change in either place is a change in both. Connect a mailbox and the invitations already sitting in it quietly become events. Nothing to import, nothing to retype.
Why not the obvious alternative
There are great calendar tools, great task management tools, great chore charts for families and great instant messaging apps. But not one app that bring everything together.

👋 Hey, I'm Andrea, the maker behind Work Life Panda. My week lived in a calendar, my to-dos in a list, and every plan involving another person in a group chat. Three apps, none of which talked to each other. So I built the merge: a real task manager, a real calendar and a real family chore chart that are together, seamlessly.
