About

Total Damage is a free Chrome extension that pulls your order history from Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto (and DoorDash in the US) and turns every order into a single receipt card. No sign‑up, no server, and all data stays on your device, giving you an instant, privacy‑preserving view of how much you’ve spent and on what dishes.

The case

Who it is for

Solo foodies who want to see how much they spend on delivery without a spreadsheet

What is broken today

Before Total Damage, people using multiple food‑delivery apps have no consolidated view of their spending. They must manually export orders or rely on spreadsheets, which is time‑consuming and error‑prone. There is no single tool that aggregates all orders across platforms and presents a clear, shareable summary.

What it does about it

The extension is added to Chrome and, when you log into a supported food‑delivery site, it reads your order history directly from the website. It parses each order’s amount, fees, and discounts, sums them, and displays the totals locally. All calculations happen on your machine, with no data sent to a server.

Why not the obvious alternative

Unlike generic expense trackers that require manual entry or account creation, Total Damage automatically pulls history from multiple delivery apps, keeps all data on the device, and produces a stylized receipt card that can be shared with one tap. It eliminates the need for spreadsheets and protects user privacy by never transmitting passwords or order data.

Questions

I order on the app, not the website. Will it still work?
Yes. Your orders belong to your account, not to the app you placed them from. The Swiggy or Zomato website shows the same full history as the phone app, so Total Damage sees every order.
Do you see my password or OTP?
No. You log in on Zomato’s or Swiggy’s own website, exactly as you normally would. Total Damage never sees or stores your login.
Which apps are supported?
Zomato, Swiggy and Instamart, plus Blinkit and Zepto in beta. DoorDash works too, for our friends in the US.
Is it free?
Yes. There’s no account, no paywall and no ads. Your data stays on your device, so there’s nothing for us to sell.
How do I delete my data?
Open the menu in Total Damage and choose “Delete all my data”, or uninstall the extension. Since everything lives in your browser, that’s all it takes.
