Who it is for
Freelance developers building apps and privacy‑conscious users who want to keep their personal inbox clean.
What is broken today
Before Temp Mail, people signing up for services had to expose their real email, leading to spam, phishing, and unwanted marketing. Verification emails and OTPs could be delayed, causing frustration. Developers lacked a simple, free way to generate disposable addresses for testing. This made it hard to keep primary inboxes clean and test email flows efficiently.
What it does about it
Some boards want domain proof via badges, meta tags, or DNS. RankCert doesn't require it — and TempMail.is doesn't need it. The product is simple enough to judge directly: open the site, get a working temporary address in one click, no account, no app, no details. Paste it into any signup; codes arrive like normal. Discard it when done. The spam never reaches the real inbox because the real inbox was never in the game. This listing is submitted UNVERIFIED, deliberately: no badge, no meta tag, no DNS — as RankCert allows. The honest spec: receive-only, short-lived use — signups and trials, not
Why not the obvious alternative
Unlike 10‑minute services that auto‑expire, Temp Mail keeps addresses live until deletion, solving delays in confirmation emails. It offers custom aliases and multiple domains, letting users organize addresses by project. The dashboard supports several simultaneous inboxes, and messages are fetched automatically without manual refresh. All core features are free, with no signup or captcha required.

Questions
- How long does a temporary email address stay active?
- A Temp Mail address remains active until you delete it or clear your browser data. You can keep it for a signup flow, a multi‑day trial, or delete it when finished.
- Can I customize the alias or choose a domain?
- Yes. You can create a custom username and select from multiple domains, or generate a random address.
- Does Temp Mail store my personal data?
- Temp Mail does not require personal information. The service does not store your data beyond the session; messages are only accessible while the inbox is active.
- Is Temp Mail suitable for testing email flows in development?
- Yes. Developers can spin up unlimited disposable addresses, capture HTML or plain‑text messages, and validate deliverability during local and staging tests without affecting production mailboxes.
