About

Chickadee Bandit is a private, ad‑free hub that unifies calendars, chores, grocery lists, meal planners, and more into one secure place. It pulls data from over 100 apps into a single timeline, allowing families to install only what they need. The platform is encrypted per household, has no per‑person fees, and includes AI tools for building custom apps. Families can share a wall‑display on any tablet and export data freely.

The case

Who it is for

Parents, grandparents, caregivers, or roommates who need to coordinate up to 10 household members without paying per user.

What is broken today

Before Chickadee Bandit, families used multiple apps—calendar, chore tracker, grocery list, meal planner, etc.—each with separate subscriptions, per‑user fees, ads, or data selling. Coordinating across households was fragmented, and data was scattered across devices, making it hard to keep everyone on the same page.

What it does about it

Chickadee Bandit provides a single, encrypted household hub that pulls events, chores, meals, and reminders from any of its 100+ integrated apps into one timeline. Users install only the apps they need, and the system syncs data in real time. The platform offers AI credits for building custom apps from plain‑language descriptions, ensuring the hub adapts to each household’s unique workflow.

Why not the obvious alternative

Unlike standard calendar or chore apps, Chickadee Bandit charges a flat household fee, not per member, and bundles all core functions (calendar, chores, grocery, meals, documents, location, and more) in one place. It provides a wall‑display mode for any tablet, free data export, and cross‑household “Space” collaboration with no extra cost. The privacy‑first architecture guarantees no ads, no data selling, and end‑to‑end encryption.

Questions

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Create an account and you get a 30‑day free trial of the whole plan—no card, no payment details, nothing to cancel. You only enter a card if you decide to keep it.
What happens when my trial ends?
We’ll send you a reminder before it expires. If you haven’t subscribed, your hub switches to read‑only mode on the day it ends— you can still see everything and export it, but no new data can be added. We hold it that way for 14 days, and email you again before it is removed; subscribing any time in that window picks up exactly where you left off.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation your data is held for 90 days in read‑only mode. You can resubscribe any time during that window and pick up exactly where you left off. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
What’s the difference between file storage and app data?
File storage covers uploads—photos, documents, scans, and other attachments. App data is the structured information your apps keep (lists, entries, messages, schedules). App data is far more compact, so even the 1 GB Family allowance holds years of everyday use.
